摘 要:目的 探讨参与式反歧视伦理教育对感染科实习护生职业道德、职业素质水平的影响.方法 选取2015年1月—2016年10月160名本科实习护生,按实习时间分为观察组(2016年1—10月)和对照组(2015年1—10月),各80名.对照组按传染科常规带教方法进行教学,观察组采用参与式反歧视伦理教育实施教学.运用360度评价方法,通过自制的护生职业道德形成评价表和护生职业素质问卷比较两组护生的职业道德和职业素质水平.结果 观察组职业道德水平在教师评价、护士评价、患者评价及总评价得分分别为(33.53±6.42)、(31.60±5.47)、(28.81±6.59)、(88.16±10.37)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.74、4.51、4.65、9.58;P〈0.05);经过4周实习,观察组护生职业素质评分(96.42±15.07)分高于对照组(78.24±13.86)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.35,P〈0.05).结论 通过参与式反歧视伦理教育可以有效提升感染科实习护生的职业道德、职业素质水平.Objective To explore the impact of participatory anti-discrimination ethics education on professional ethics and professional quality of trainee student nurses in the department of infectious diseases. Methods From January 2015 to October 2016, 160 undergraduate trainee student nurses were selected and divided into the observation group (from January to October 2016) and the control group (from January to October 2015) according to the internship time. There were 80 student nurses in each group. The student nurses in the control group were taught with the routine teaching method in the department of infectious diseases. The student nurses in the observation group were taught with the method of participatory anti-discrimination ethics education teaching. Using the 360-degree evaluation method, professional ethics and professional quality of student nurses in the two groups were compared with the self-made "student nurses' professional ethics formation evaluation form" and "student nurses' professional quality questionnaire".Results The scores of professional ethics in the observation group were (33.53±6.42) according to the teachers' evaluation, (31.60±5.47) according to the nurses' evaluation, (28.81±6.59) according to the patients' evaluation and (88.16±10.37) according to the total evaluation, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=3.74,4.51,4.65,9.58;P〈0.05). After 4 weeks internship, the scores of professional quality of student nurses in the observation group was (96.42±15.07), which was significantly higher compared to the control group(78.24±13.86)(t=12.35,P〈0.05).Conclusions The participation anti-discrimination ethics education method can effectively enhance professional ethics and professional quality of trainee student nurses in the department of infectious diseases
