摘 要:通过分析南疆红枣介电特性的参数变化来反映红枣含水量和干燥温度对其品质的影响,研究在10 k Hz射电频率下样品不同干燥温度(55℃,60℃和65℃)的品质因数和正切值等介电特性的关系。考虑每个体样品的质量都不相同,引入单重品质因数和单重正切值作为评价红枣介电特性的新指标,分析并指出了红枣的干燥温度和干燥时间与其单重品质因数和单重正切值的关系,进一步探讨了红枣损伤对其单重品质因数和单重正切值的影响,可以为红枣产业无损检测技术发展提供理论依据和参考价值。In this study,the parameter variations of jujube dielectric properties in south Xinjiang were analyzed to reflect the effect of jujube water content and drying temperature on its quality,and the relations of jujube samples dielectric properties that included quality factor,tangent value and so on were analyzed at different temperatures(55 ℃,60 ℃ and 65 ℃) when radio frequency was 10 k Hz.Because the weight of each sample was different,the single quality factor and the single tangent value were introduced as new index to evaluate jujube dielectric properties.The relations between single quality factor,single tangent value and drying temperature,drying time of jujube were obtained.Furthermore,the effect of jujube damage on single quality factor and single tangent value was explored;The study would provide theoretical basis and reference value for the development of nondestructive testing technology on jujube industry.
