摘　　要：天然防腐成分的发掘一直是食品、药品等领域研究的热点,因其使用安全、副作用小而被广泛的使用。对来自植物、动物、微生物和复合防腐剂的天然防腐成分的抑菌活性成分、抑菌机理和防腐应用进行了系统的概述,旨在为扩大天然防腐成分在食品、化妆品等领域的应用提供科学参考。Because of its safe use,low side effects,natural antiseptic ingredients excavation has been a hotspot of research on food,medicine and other fields.This article discussed the composition,antibacterial effect and corrosion protection application of plant,animal,microbial and compound preservative.Aim at expanding natural antiseptic ingredients in food,cosmetics and other fields of application and provide the scientific reference.
