摘 要:了解GB 28050—2011食品安全国家标准预包装食品营养标签通则(简称"通则")实施后,西安市预包装食品营养标签钠标示情况。设计调查表,对西安市16类945个预包装食品营养标签钠标示内容进行调查,检测其中的钠含量,按"通则"要求进行调查分析。结果显示,87.2%(824/945)的预包装食品营养标签标示钠含量及其占营养素参考值的百分比(NRV%),0.1%(1/945)的预包装食品营养标签标示钠营养声称,无钠的营养成分功能声称。92.6%(763/824)的预包装食品营养标签钠标示符合"通则"规定,84.3%(643/763)的预包装食品钠含量标示符合允许误差范围。表明"通则"在实践中得到了有效推广,各类预包装食品营养标签钠标示率和符合率均达到80%以上。The GB 28050—2011 National Food Safety Standards General Principles for prepackaged food nutrition labeling(in short General Principles) was officially implemented since January 1st 2013,and this survey was to understand the sodium status of the nutrition labeling of prepackaged food in Xi'an.The survey was designed and analyzed according to General Principles.All 16 categories of 945 prepackaged foods were investigated in Xi'an,about 763 prepackaged foods were detected the content of sodium.Sodium content and NRV% were labeled on 87.2%(824/945) prepackaged food nutrition labels,about 0.1%(1/945) carried sodium nutrition claims,and none of sodium functional claims.About 92.6%(763/824) of prepackaged food nutrition labeling and 84.3%(643/763) of sodium content were qualified.General Principles was effectively promoted in practice,and the sodium labeling rate and qualified rate of all prepackaged foods nutrition labeling reached 80%.
