摘 要:受政策影响,日本高校自2008年开始重视对研究生的教学技能培养,目前以国立大学为主体,以正式科目、教学助理制度、课外项目等多种形式开展了丰富多彩的活动。其中,东京大学和京都大学在培训内容主题设计上具有共性;在培训活动形式上,前者单一但参与的研究生人数较多,后者多样且与学术研究紧密结合,学术成果丰富。Influenced by the national policy, Japanese universities have begun valuing programs that focus on teaching skills for future faculties who are still pursuing PhD programs. National universities have mainly introduced these programs as course work, teaching assistant systems, and extracurricular programs. Among these universities, the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University have some similarities, such as in training contents, but also with numerous differences, for example, the former provides a single program for a large number of students; the latter, however, offers various programs that are closely linked with research leading to much academic results.
