浅谈农科大学生非智力因素的培养

摘　　要：非智力因素对大学生学习成绩的提高、人际交往的协调及社会适应有着重要的影响。目前,农科院校不注重大学生非智力因素的培养,已经影响到学生的学习和生活了。农科大学生非智力因素的培养,应从学生的实际出发,构建科学合理的知识结构,重视培养学生正确的动机、浓厚的兴趣、积极的态度、稳定的情绪、坚强的意志、坦诚的性格和非凡的气质。同时,加强心理健康教育,助推素质教育改革,从而实现学生的全面发展。Non intellectual factors have important influence on the academic achievement of college students, interpersonal coordination and social adaptation. At present,the agricultural colleges and universities do not pay attention to the cultivation of college students＇ non intelligence factors affecting students＇ learning and life. Cultivating agricultural college students; non intelligence factors from the actual situation of students,building a scientific and rational knowledge structure,can pay attention to cultivate students＇ right the motivation,interest,positive attitude,emotional stability,strong willed,honest character,extraordinary temperament. At the same time,strengthening the mental health education,and boosting the reform of quality education,is can realize the all-round development of students.
