免费师范毕业生教育硕士培养方案改革——以乡土历史课程设置为例

摘　　要：免费师范毕业生在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的政策已实施数年,这是我国师范教育和研究生教育的制度创新,但这种新的人才培养模式也存在一些需要改进的问题,以提高研究生培养质量。就历史学专业而言,针对教育硕士研究生学习环境以及教学工作特点,设置乡土历史课程,以乡土史研究为论文选题,引导研究生开展乡土史研究,是一个值得探索的人才培养的新路径。The policy for free normal graduates to pursue a master＇s degree in education has been implemented for several years.It is the institutional innovation of teacher education and graduate education. However, there are some problems that need to be improved in this new training mode. As far as history is concerned, setting up local history courses and guiding graduate students to study local history is a new path of talent training for graduate student.
