创新创业背景下高职涉农专业学生核心就业能力的提升

摘　　要：高职涉农专业学生核心就业能力包括专业能力、创新创业能力和个人基本素养。通过调查发现,高职涉农专业学生核心就业能力培养存在着培养目标不明确、实践教学不适应现代生产技术要求、学生基本素质较低等问题。在创新创业背景下高职涉农专业学生核心就业能力培养和提升应从以下方面入手:加强专业建设,提高专业核心就业能力;通过开展创新创业竞赛,提高学生创新与创业能力;注重专业情感培养,提高学生自身基本素养。This paper presents that the core employment ability of the agriculture-related majors in higher vocational colleges covers professional ability, innovative and entrepreneurship ability and personal basic qualities. Through the survey, there exist the following problems in their cultivation, such as the unclear cultivation objectives, the out- da-ted practice teaching and low basic qualities. Therefore, under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the paper presents some corresponding measures, including strengthening professional construction, promoting the core employment ability, enhancing students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship by carrying out the contests of innovation and entrepreneurship, and improving their basic qualities by focusing the cultivation of professional emotion.
