摘  要:高职院校由于建校周期短,与普通高等教育相比,在辅导员队伍配备、人员管理、组织建设等方面都欠缺一套成熟体系和标准,因此,辅导员对自身职业认同感低,队伍流失严重,不利于职业化和法制化建设要求。随着我国依法治国方略进程的加快,依法治校已然成了高职院校良性发展的必然趋势和必要保障。推进辅导员队伍建设法制化进程,确保辅导员在工作性质、岗位职责、入职标准、考核培训、工资待遇、晋级晋升、选拔选聘、转岗换岗等方面都能做到有法可依、有法必依,促进辅导员队伍科学、健康、有序发展。Due to the short development period of higher vocational colleges,compared with the ordinary higher education,there are some problems such as the lack of a mature system and standard in limited staff instructors,personnel management and organization construction. As a result,the counselors' vocational identity is low,the teaching staff is not steady,and these are against the construction of counselors' legalization and professionalism. With the speeding up of the strategy of running the country by law,running schools by law has become an inevitable trend and necessary guarantee for the sound development of higher vocational colleges. How to promote the construction of counselor team,ensure the counselors work,job responsibilities,induction standards,assessment and training,salary,promotion and so on to realize the idea of having the law to abide by,enforcing law strictly and promote scientific,healthy and orderly development of counselors are of great importance.
