译者的杂糅文化身份在文学翻译中的建构——兼评林语堂译作《记旧历除夕》

摘　　要：林语堂的杂糅译者文化身份,融汇了深厚的汉民族文化身份和独特的族裔散居者文化身份,他的翻译也受到两种不同文化身份的影响。杂糅的译者文化身份,促使他在翻译《记旧历除夕》等文学作品时能采用多种多样的翻译策略和方法,以直译和异化的翻译策略、方法彰显和建构其汉民族文化身份,以意译和归化的翻译策略、方法彰显和建构其族裔散居者文化身份,林语堂以其生动灵活、务实有效的翻译成为英语读者了解中国文化和文学的桥梁。Li Yutang ＇s cultural identity is a mixture of profound Chinese culture and unique diaspora culture, both of which influenced his translation. This enabled him to adopt various translating strategies and methods in the translation of literature works like How I Celebrate New Year＇s Eve. For example, he highlighted and construct his Chinese cultural identify with literal translation and foreignization and his diaspora identity with free translation and domesticating translation. With his vivid, pragmatic and effective translation, Lin has become a bridge for readers from English speaking countries to understand Chinese euhure and literature.
