摘  要:实践教学对高职院校培养技术技能型人才具有不可或缺的作用。如何科学评价实践教学的成效是实践教学健康发展的关键,对人才培养也具有十分重要的意义。针对目前高职院校实践教学评价的现状及存在的问题,遵循高职教育人才培养规律和目标要求,建立科学的、全面的、动态的评价指标,形成多元化评价机制,完善高职教育实践教学管理,有利于提高人才培养质量和教育教学水平。It is self-evident that practical teaching is an indispensable part in the cultivation of technical talents in higher vocational schools,so a scientific evaluation on its effects will be crucial for its healthy development and talent cultivation. The paper,in view of current status and the problems,proposed that a diversified assessment system should be formulated to improve the management over practical teaching in higher vocational schools based on scientific,integrated and dynamic assessment indexes in compliance with the laws and requirements of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
