摘 要:科技服务是农产品加工研究所的重要工作内容,由于农产品加工与农学存在学科差异,传统的科技服务绩效评价体系并不适用于农产品加工研究所的绩效考核。文章基于研究所的角度,从绩效评价的必要性、传统绩效评价的局限、农产品加工科技服务的特点、农产品加工科技服务绩效评价体系的构建等方面进行了分析阐述,指出要结合导向性、科学性、易操作性、定量考核与定性评价相结合这四大原则,才能建设好具有农产品加工学科特色的绩效评价体系。Technical service is one of important works in Institute of Agricultural Processing Research. Because of the subject differences between agricultural processing and agronomy, traditional performance evaluation system of technical service is not suitable for performance evaluation in Institute of Agricultural Processing Research. Based on the institute's point of view, we analyzed the necessity of performance evaluation, the limitations of traditional performance evaluation, the characteristics of the agricultural processing technical service, the construction of agricultural processing performance evaluation system of technical service, etc. In addition, we pointed out that four principles including guidance, science, operability, combination of quantitative assessment and qualitative evaluation, were needed to build a well performance evaluation system with characteristic of agricultural processing subject.
