摘  要:针对GZH62型整经机压辊系统在制动过程中出现的压辊反冲现象,设计了压辊反冲控制装置。将原有的制动方式改为由角度控制制动,即通过角度传感器检测压辊角度来调整阻尼制动器的制动状态,从而控制摇臂,进而控制压辊摆动。当角度传感器测得的压辊角度值小于制动时的压辊角度(α1=0°)时,电磁阀得电,气液增压器增压,阻尼制动器产生制动,摇臂制动,压辊被制动摆动。反之,压辊保持原有的状态。角度控制刹车装置始终将压辊角度控制在制动时的压辊角度以上,改善了压辊制动过程中的反冲现象,避免了因压辊反冲造成的经纱磨断,减小了压辊反冲时的摆动振幅,同时提高了整经机的稳定性。To solve the reactive effect appeared in the process of pressure-roller braking for the GZH62 warping machine, a pressure- roller reaction control device is designed. The device based on angle control of the brake, instead of the original brake, is now by measuring the angle of the roller to control the condition of damping brake. When the angle texted is below the minimum process setting angle, electromagnetic valve is energized, the gas-liquid super charger is pressurized, the damping brake generates, and the roller brake is braked to swing. Otherwise, the roller will keep the original state. Angle control brake device can control the angle of roller under the limit, which can improve recoil phenomenon in the process of roller brake, avoid the warp wear phenomenon at the same time, and improve the stability of the system.
