摘　　要：教师评学是近年来许多高校探索与实施的一项教学评估制度。它设计的初衷是通过一套全面与科学的评估指标体系,对学生的整体与个体的学习情况进行评价,以指导学生的学业发展,有效开展因材施教。在高校音乐与研究生教育领域,教师评学具有这种先发优势,应充分开发其中潜力。Teachers＇ evaluation on students is one of the important approaches for teaching assessment m colleges and universities,which is designed to guide the students＇ academic development effectively through evaluating the learning progress of the whole class and each student with a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index.The comprehensive application of the evaluation on general students is difficult,but it can be the first pilot in small groups, special in the field of music and postgraduate education,which has distinctive advantage on the evaluation and should develop its potential.
