摘 要:本文针对"贴近实战"教学改革,围绕如何结合前沿技术与实战背景这一问题展开了研究与探讨。本文主要研究了西点军校教学模式及教学方法的特点及效果,剖析了"贴近实战"的科学内涵。在此基础上,以本校通信工程专业为例,提出了"贴近实战"的层次化教学模式,构建了实战化"4+1"的实践教学体系。通过改革试点的结果可以看出,"紧跟前沿、贴近实战"的实践教学改革在提升学员的使命认同感、学习动力及专业知识理解力等方面起着积极的作用。Closing to the actual combat,the research in this paper is based on how to combine the newest technology with war background in practice teaching. The research is focusd on the teaching model and methods in West Poin,and the scientific connotation of "closing to actual combat" has been analysed indeep. As follow,taking practice teaching of communication engineering as an example,hierarchical teaching model closing to actual combat are proposed,and "4+ 1" practice teaching system has been structured. It can be seen from the result of teaching practice that our teaching innovation plays a positive role on the sense of mission identity,the motivation of learning and the comprehension of specialized knowledge.
