摘　　要：校企联合培养是现代学徒制最基本的特征,因现代学徒制开展所依托的岗位、专业、企业等存在非常大的差异性,校企联合培养实施的方法、路径和机制也不尽相同,本文对现代学徒制校企联合培养的机制进行分析和构建。School-Enterprise Joint Training is the basic characteristic of Modem Apprenticeship.There are many differences in posts,majors and enterprises which modern apprenticeship relys on.The implementing means,route and mechanism are not the same. This paper analyses and constructs the school-enterprise jointtraining mechanism in the context of modem apprenticeships.
