摘 要:港台两地的教改(教育改革)抱着革故鼎新的追求起步,教改的配置也几近完美,然而结果却是教改的主攻目标未能达成,甚至还派生出一系列新的棘手问题。两地教改主攻目标落空的过程与事实,至少给我们留下了可资借鉴的四条教益:理想的教改目标往往知易行难,与本土文化"决裂"的教改难以成功,没有不知疲倦的教师和无所不能的培训,世上几乎没有有利无弊的教改举措。Educational reform of Hongkong and Taiwan began with the purpose of discarding what is old and creating something new. Meanwhile,the infrastructure prepared for the reform is almost perfect. However,the key objectives of the reform were not achieved while a series of new thorny problems were emerging. The failure of achieving key objectives resulted in at least four lessons:an ideal objective could be easier said than done,it is difficult to get success for the educational changes which break from indigenous culture, there are no untiring teachers and omnipotent training, any reform initiatives would be both advantages and disadvantages.
