摘　　要：随着全民英语学习热情不断升温,英语培训机构应运发展。同时,京津冀教育协同政策的实施,为教育产业的发展带来新机遇。在对石家庄、保定两地的英语培训机构进行调研的同时,对参与培训的青少年及家长从培训目的、培训消费、教学环境及设施、师资配置、教学方式、课程设置、培训成效等方面进行满意度问卷调查与访谈,最后依据调查结果从消费者理性消费、培训机构打造优质师资队伍、改革人事管理制度及提高内部管理水平四方面为英语培训优化发展提供可行建议。With the growth of people＇s passion for English learning,the English training institutions have got greatly developed.Meanwhile,the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has brought opportunities to English training industry.The study investigates the English training institutions in Shijiazhuang and Baoding,and conducts survey and interviews in teenagers and their parents about customer satisfaction from various perspectives,such as training aim,expenses,educational environment and facilities,teacher allocation,teaching methodology,curriculum and training.effectiveness.According to the investigation results,the study proposes a series of practical suggestions to improve optimization of English training institutions from four aspects including customers＇ rational consumption,cultivating excellent teacher team,reforming personnel management and improving internal management level.
