摘　　要：随着现代科技的不断发展与综合,智能化的设备已被广泛应用于各个领域。考虑到现代工业与生活中控制器的广泛使用,介绍了一款智能化的运动控制器,搭载业界领先的低功耗、低成本、高性能的ARM处理器,以及能够进行4轴3联动的MCX314A运动控制芯片。提出了以ARM(Cortex-M4)微处理器对运动控制芯片MCX314A进行控制的嵌入式结构设计方案,并给出了软件设计流程。通过机器人、机械臂等实例,具体说明了智能运动控制器的功能和应用前景。同时,此模块中还留有众多的外部接口,以供人机交互使用。This paper introduces an intelligent motion controller,ARM processor equipped with industry-leading low power consumption,low cost,high performance, and can carry 4 axis 3 linkage motion control chip MCX314A.This paper puts for-ward the ARM （Cortex（tm）-M4） microprocessor on the motion control chip MCX314A embedded structure design.The soft-ware design flow is given.The function and application prospect of intelligent motion controller are illustrated by examples of robot,manipulator.At the same time,there are a large number of external interfaces in this module,which can be used for hu-man-computer interaction.
