摘  要:[目的]探讨护理专科生职业成熟度对学习倦怠的影响,为采取有效措施降低学习倦怠感提供依据。[方法]采用大学生学习倦怠调查量表和职业成熟度量表对1 578名护理专科生进行调查,对数据进行相关分析和回归分析。[结果]护理专科生学习倦怠总分为2.76分±0.57分,职业成熟度总分为3.20分±0.42分,职业成熟度与学习倦怠呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]护理专科生职业成熟度与学习倦怠密切相关,护理教育者可通过提升护理专科生的职业成熟度来降低其学习倦怠感。Objective:To probe into the influence of occupational maturity on learning burnout of nursing students,in order to provide evidences for effective measures to reduce learning burnout.Methods:A total of1578 college nursing students were investigated with the college students' learning burnout scale and occupational maturity scale,then the data were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results:The total score of learning burnout of nursing college students was 2.76±0.57,the total score of occupational maturity was 3.20±0.42.There was a negative correlation between occupational maturity and learning burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion:Occupational maturity of nursing students was closely related to learning burnout.Nursing educators can reduce their learning burnout by improving their occupational maturity.
