摘 要:试验采用微波消解处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定贵州4县中86份绿茶样品的16种稀土元素含量,分析绿茶中稀土元素组成特征及不同地区绿茶的稀土含量关系。结果表明:86份绿茶样品均检出稀土元素,稀土元素含量范围为0.1468~1.9063mg/kg,其中以轻稀土元素为主,所占比例为67.40%,稀土元素总量、轻稀土元素含量和重稀土元素含量平均值分别为0.4544mg/kg、0.3062mg/kg和0.1481mg/kg;绿茶中稀土元素相关性显著,对轻稀土元素有富集效应,且轻、重稀土元素之间存在分馏作用及生态学效应。The experimental samples by microwave digestion processing,sixteen kinds of rare earth elements in four counties of eighty-six green tea samples from Guizhou province were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,the analysis of rare earth elements characteristics and different parts of the relationship between the rare earth content of green tea. The results showed that rare earth were detected in all eighty-six samples,with the range of 0. 1468 ~ 1. 9063 mg/kg,light rare earth elements were the main among sixteen rare earth elements,the proportion is 67. 40%,the concentrations of total rare earth elements,light rare earth elements and heavy rare earth elements in green tea were 0. 4544 mg/kg,0. 3062 mg/kg and 0. 1481 mg/kg. Significant correlation of rare earth elements in green tea. Green tea has enrichment effect to the light rare earth elements,and fractionation effect between light and heavy rare earth elements and ecology effect.
