学分制背景下选课制存在的问题及改革路径思考

摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的深化,高校教学管理模式也从学年制过渡到学分制,选课制是学分制的核心。相对于学年制,选课制有其优越性,但在实施过程中也暴露出一些问题,因此我们从人才培养方案的制订、选课系统的升级、教学资源的配置、教学管理队伍建设、学生主体意识培养等方面思考选课制的改革路径。With the deepening of higher education reform, the teaching management mode of colleges and universities has also changed from the academic year system to the credit system. The system of course selection is the core of the credit system. Compared with the academic year system, the system of course selection has its superiority, but some problems are exposed in the implementation process. From the formulation and revision of talent training programs, the upgrading of the system of course selection, the allocation of teaching resources, the construction of teaching management team, the cultivation of students＇ subjective consciousness, this paper discusses the ways of reforming the system of course selection.
