摘　　要：使用冷冻过滤设备对低度浓香型酒水进行除浊处理,能较好的保留酒中呈香呈味成分,更好的满足低度白酒酒精度低但香味依旧浓郁的产品要求。通过引进冷冻过滤设备,使公司产品质量有了较明显的提升。The use of freezing filtration equipment of low alcohol Luzhou flavor liquor by turbidity treatment, can keep the wine better in aroma and flavor ingredients, can better meet the low precision and low liquor, but the fragrance still strong product requirements. Through the introduction of frozen filtration equipment, so that the company＇s product quality has been significantly improved.
