摘　　要：基于CDIO工程教育理念,根据《食品保藏学》课程的特点,从该课程的教学内容、教学模式以及考核方式进行了改革和探索。实践证明,采用CDIO工程教育理念,大大增强了学生自主学习的积极性和主动性,提高了实践创新与合作能力。Based on CDIO engineering education idea, this article aims to reform and explore thecurriculum teaching of Food Storage from such aspects as the teaching contents, teaching methods andassessment methods according to the characteristics of this course. The practice indicates that CDIOengineering education idea is helpful in greatly promoting college students＇ independent learning initiative,and improving their practice and innovation ability and team spirit.
