摘 要:采用丹酰氯柱前衍生,建立了HPLC荧光法测定食品接触材料中烷基酚类化合物迁移量的分析方法。结果表明:在0.1~10.0μg/m L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R^2≥0.9997;回收率86.7%~101.1%,相对标准偏差1.6%~4.2%,检出限0.5~20.0μg/kg。该方法前处理简单、准确度高、检出限低,可为食品接触材料监管部门和企业提供质量安全技术支持。A method for determination of alkylphenol compounds in tood contact material 13y pre- column derivatization with dansylchloride and high-performance liquid chromatography was established. The results showed that there was a good linerarity in the range of 0. 1 -10.0 μg/mL with the linear correlation coefficients no less than 0. 9997 ; the recoveries were between 86.7% and 101.1% , and the relative standard deviations were between 1.6% and 4.2% , and the detection limits were between 0.5 μg/kg and 20. 0μg/kg. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high accuracy and low detection limit, and can provide the technical support for the administrative department and the enterprise of food contact materials.
