多元智力理论视域下通识教育课程建设的思考

摘  要:通识教育是社会生活各个领域知识和技能的教育。通识课程是通识教育的载体,通识课程的设置、实践与管理是通识教育的根本,是通识教育从理念转化为实践的关键。通识课程建设亟待走出定位不清、设置凸显工具性和应用性、师资力量薄弱的误区,应以多元智力理论为指导,注重通识课程特色建设,建立以培养目标为导向的课程架构,改革教学方式,加强师资队伍建设,实现地域文化与大学通识课程的对接,增设经典名著课程和建立健全课程教学效果评估制度,促进学校教学质量的全面提升。General education is the education of knowledge and skills in all fields of social life.The general education curriculum is the carrier of general education and its course design,practice and management is vital to general education and its change from the concept to the practice. The construction of general curriculum should go out of the mistake of unclear orientation,its instrumentality,applicability,and the lack of qualified teaching personnel. Therefore,guided by the theory of multiple intelligences,we should focus on the construction of general curriculum,the establishment of the goal-oriented general curriculum structure,the reform of the general course teaching methods,enhancing the faculty development,achieving the connection between regional cultures and university general education curriculum,as well as adding classic courses so as to improve the overall teaching quality.
