摘　　要：专业负责人队伍建设是高等职业院校创新发展的关键,新常态下高职院校专业建设的质量很大程度上取决于专业负责人队伍的素质、能力和水平。专业负责人队伍建设有三条路径:健全选拔机制、创新培养模式及提高管理绩效。The team construction of specialty leaders is the key to the innovation development in higher voca-tional institutions. The quality of specialty construction under China＇ New Normal largely depends on the specialty leader team＇ s quality and ability. There are three paths to the team construction： perfecting the se-lection mechanism, innovating the training mode, and improving the performance.
