桑枝化学成分提取及其在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：采用同时蒸馏萃取法制备桑枝挥发油,然后应用于卷烟中。研究了同时蒸馏萃取桑枝挥发油的工艺,并以气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果表明,桑枝挥发油主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、β-罗勒烯、罗汉柏烯、β-金合欢烯、8-愈创木烯、α-古芸烯、β-花柏烯、柏木脑等物质;将该香料用于卷烟加香,桑枝挥发油加香浓度为0.5‰~1.0‰,烟草香味成分具有改善香气质和香气量、丰富烟香、减轻刺激,甜润烟气,改善卷烟余味,且与烟香较协调的作用。The extraction of sweet orange oil used in tobacco by steam distillation was studied.Ramulus Mori was extracted with simultaneous distillation extraction and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.The results showed that the main components were efficiently separated and detected,including α-pinene,β-pinene,myrcene,β-ocimene,thujopsene,β-farnesene,8-guaiacol,α-gurjunene,β-chamigrene cedrol,etc.The volatile oil concentration was 0.5‰- 1.0‰.The aroma constituents could promote the smoke of tobacco,enrich the smoke of tobacco,reduce the irritancy of smoke and improve sweet taste obviously by adding to the tobacco directly,which was more suitable as cigarette flavor.
