摘 要:操纵稳定性是自卸车安全高效运输的重要保证,影响其的因素较多,正确建立分析模型是研究影响因素的重要前提。结合自卸车所采用的油气悬架系统的结构和性能特征,基于多刚体动力学法,建立4自由度某自卸车的动力学模型和数学模型。在时不变输入状态下,采用稳定性理论分析,判断整车系统具有稳定性的条件。基于所搭建的整车多体动力学模型,整车在满载与空载时,对车辆簧载质量质心位置、轴距、悬架系统参数等主要结构参数变化时,各状态参数的响应进行分析,获得主要参数变化对整车操纵稳定性的影响。由分析结果可知:当簧载质量质心越靠近前轴时越有利于提高操纵稳定性;侧倾轴线与簧载质量质心的高度对质心侧向速度与横摆角速度影响较小;悬架的刚度对整车质心处的侧向速度和横摆角速度的影响较小;相同条件下,应该选择轴距较长的设计;车辆前悬架刚度取值越小,而后悬架取值越大,则车辆稳态转向时,簧载质量的侧倾角越小;簧载质量质心越靠前越有利于提高车辆的操纵稳定性;所采用的研究方法和获得的研究结果为此类设计提供参考。Handling stab.ility is an important gnarantee for safe and efficient truck transportation, and there are many influencing factors on the performance, the right to establish analysis model is an important prerequisite for the study of influeucingfactors. According to the structure and performance characteristics af the hydro-pueumatic suspension system, 4 degrees of freedom mining dump truck dynamics model and mathematical model were established based on multi-rigid-body dynamics method, Under the condition of time invariant input, stability analysis was used to analyze the stability of the vehicle system. Based on the model, under loaded and unloaded of the truck, when the main structural parameters change such as the mass center position, the wheelbase and the suspension system parameters ,the response of the vehicle parameters was analyzed, and the influence of the main influencing factors changed on the vehicle handling stability were analyzed, The results show that: when the sprung mass is close to the front, it is more conducive to improve vehicle handling stability; and the roll axis with a sprung mass and centroid height has little effect on the centroid lateral velocity and transverse angular velocity. The longer wheelbase, the suspension stiffness on the lateral velocity and yaw rate of the vehicle center of mass is small The vehicle front suspension stiffness value is smaller, and the value of the rear suspension is larger, then the vehicle steady state steering, the lower the quality of the spring load side inclination is smaller; the spring load mass center of mass is conducive to improving the vehicle handling stability. The research contents and results provide refereuce for the design of this kind of truck.
