摘 要:目的比较PBL和LBL在住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2010年-2015年在某院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的48名住院医师,随机分为PBL组和LBL组。PBL组按PBL模式培训而LBL组按传统授课模式培训。培训前、结束后及半年后进行基础理论和临床技能考核并调查研究对象对培训的满意度。结果两种住院医师规范化培训都显著提高住院医师的理论知识和临床技能,PBL组效果更显著(88.5±3.2vs83.6±2.9分;85.4±2.5vs80.7±1.5分,P<0.05),满意度更高(94.6±3.1 vs 91.9±2.8,P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训中基于PBL和LBL的培训都能有效提高住院医师的理论知识和临床技能,相较于传统的LBL方法,基于PBL的培训方案效果更为显著,使参与者获得良好满意度情况下掌握更扎实的理论知识和临床技能。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL) in comparison with lecture-based learning(LBL) in standardized training of resident physicians. Methods 48 resident physicians from 2010 to 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: PBL group and LBL group. The experimental program was based on the principles of PBL, the control program used the traditional lecture-based approach. Both programs were aimed at standardized training of resident physicians. As the main outcome measures, knowledge tests and performance in practice were used. Satisfaction with the course was rated by the participants. Results In both groups,knowledge and performance in practice had increased equally directly after the programs, but significantly more so in the PBL group(88.5±3.2 vs83.6±2.9; 85.4±2.5 vs80.7±1.5, P〈0.05). The PBL group was more satisfied with the course(94.6±3.1 vs91.9±2.8, P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL program appeared to be more effective than the LBL program in standardized training of resident physicians.1
