摘　　要：在建设世界一流大学和一流学科进程中,高校医学管理部门应深入贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念,积极探索管理创新,把服务师生作为工作的出发点、落脚点,促进医学教育发展,促进医疗供给侧结构性改革,实现新常态下医学事业新的更大发展。In the process of building the world-class university and first-class discipline, the Department of Medical College and university management should thoroughly implement the innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing concept of development, actively explore innovation management, the service to the teachers and students as the starting point, goal, promoting the development Of medical education, promote the medical supply side structural reform, achieve the new normal medical career new greater development.
