摘  要:课题组对1 550名师范生进行教师资格考试问卷调查。调查发现:学生考试准备时间不长,备考一般充分,面试紧张;学生认为试题难易适中,单科考试通过率高但总体通过率不高;艺术学专业门类的学生备考时间长,认为试题难度大,通过率不高;与女生相比,男生备考时间更多,认为试题难度更大,考试通过率更低。对于学生来说,需要充分重视教师资格考试,加强平时训练克服面试紧张心理。要充分重视《学科知识与能力》科目,重视教育法律法规、教育教学基础知识和基本原理、教学设计与实施、教学技能等考试内容的学习与训练。教师在教学时要注重理论与实践相结合,及时有效地给学生提供考试资料与信息并进行考前辅导。学校应加强课程与教学论教师队伍建设,加强实践教学、教案设计、教师技能教学与培训。课程设置上使开设的课程与教师资格考试科目有对应性,增加实践类/技能类课程的学时,将教师技能考核加入师范生培养方案并赋予相应的学分。The research group have conducted a questionnaire survey on 1550 normal university students taking NTCE: the preparation for the test is insufficient and the students usually get nervous during the interview part;students consider the examination of moderate difficulty,yet the pass rate of single subject is higher except for the overall; students majoring in art specialty prepare for a long time but the pass rate is not higher for they consider the exam difficult; compared with girls,boys need more time to prepare,but they usually have lower pass rates and believe the test is even more difficult. Students needs to attach importance to NTCE and enhance the training to overcome the mental tension in the interview. In addition,they should value the subject Knowledge and Ability and pay attention to the laws and regulations of education,the basic knowledge and principles of education and teaching,the teaching design and implementation,as well as the teaching skills and so on. Teachers should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice in teaching,providing students with test data and information and counseling before the test effectively. Moreover,the construction of curriculum,and teaching practice,the designing of teaching should be strengthened. The curriculum can be set in correspondence with NTCE: to increase practice and class skills.
