摘　　要：【目的/意义】创新能力已成为创新组织保持竞争力的关键因素,从知识整合与共享的视角研究产学研合作如何影响企业创新能力具有现实意义。【方法/过程】针对企业创新能力形成过程,在文献回顾的基础上构建基于知识整合与共享视角的产学研合作提高企业创新能力机理模型,并从过程角度解释了模型结构之间的逻辑作用,据此提出了相关对策。【结果/结论】研究表明,建立知识库是提高企业创新能力的前提和基础,知识共享是知识融合与转化的重要环节,创新环境是提高创新能力的重要保障,知识再创造需要持续的创新能力。【Purpose/significance】Innovation ability has become the key factor for innovation organizations to maintain their competitiveness. It is of practical significance to study how University-Industry Cooperation affects enterprise innovation capability from the perspective of knowledge integration and sharing.【Method/process】In view of the formation process of enterprise innovation capability,on the basis of literature review, this paper constructs the mechanism model of enterprise innovation ability based on knowledge integration and sharing perspective, and explains the logical effect between model structure from the process point of view, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures accordingly.【Result/conclusion】The research shows that the establishment of knowledge base is the prerequisite and foundation of improving enterprise innovation ability. Knowledge sharing is an important link in knowledge fusion and transformation. Innovation environment is an important guarantee for improving innovation ability, and knowledge innovation needs continuous innovation ability.
