摘 要:建立一种检测奶粉中叶酸质量分数的酶联免疫分析方法。奶粉样本经纯水溶解提取,再做1∶4稀释,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定奶粉中的叶酸。结果表明,当加标质量分数为20,40μg/kg和80μg/kg时,空白基质奶粉中叶酸的提取回收率为93.5%~118.0%;非空白基质样品中叶酸的加标回收率为88%~92%;方法检出限为4μg/kg;与高效液相色谱法结果的相对偏差小于10%。酶联免疫法能够快速、准确检测奶粉中的叶酸。To establish a method for the detection of folic acid in milk powder by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Milk pow- der was extracted with pure water and processed with 1 : 4 dilution, and then the content of folic acid in samples was determined by ELISA. When the spiked concentrations were 20,40 p,g/kg and 80 p,g/kg, the recoveries of folic acid in blank milk powder were 93.5%-118.0%; the recoveries of folic acid in milk powder were 88%~92%;the limit of detection was 4 μg/kg. Compared with the high performance hquid chromatography (HPLC) method, the relative standard deviation of result was less than 10%. This method can detect folic acid in milk pow- der quickly and accurately.
