摘 要:教学技术的价值功用在于服务教师教与学生学的需要。然而,检视技术变革教学的实践史,导源于教师教学技术素养薄弱,当前教学过程中技术凌驾于教学之上,传统技术占主导地位,实施效果与预期落差较大等问题亟待解决。在数字时代,重识教学技术的本真意义,挖掘教学技术的赋能功用,构建擅用技术的教学团队,助力技术融入教学过程,是改进教师教学技术素养的基本路向。The ultimate goal of teaching technology is to serve the demands of teacher and student. However, when we inspect the history of practice of technology reform we can find it comes teacher's poor teaching technology literacy. At currently there are many problems to resolve in teaching practice, such as teaching technology being above teaching in value orientation, traditional technology still dominates, great gap between practical effect and expected. At digital age, we should take some measures to improve teacher's instruction technology literacy, recognize the actual significance of the teaching technology, develop the function of teaching technology, build teaching technical team, integrate teaching technology into teaching process and so on.
