摘　　要：校企文化融合是校企合作的关键所在,文章从文化层次角度,以广东轻工职业技术学院为例,从精神文化、制度文化、物质文化、行为文化四方面论述了校企文化的融合的内容及方式,具有一定的范式意义。Culture integration is the key in the cooperation between companies and colleges. This paper, from the perspective of cultural level and taking Guangdong Industry Polytechnic as an example, discussed the contents and the methods of the culture integration. The culture here falls into four aspects： spiritual culture, system culture, material culture and behavior culture.
