摘　　要：中小学生核心素养是中国基础教育界目前讨论的一大热点。核心素养是事关学生发展、生存和社会、国家良好运行的关键素养及其综合体。它包括知识、能力、技能、态度、价值。文本通过全面的"类型化"梳理,以及系统的比较、分析11个典型的外国非政府组织、政府和国际组织的核心素养,结合中国具体实际,为中国教育部门制定学生"核心素养"课程标准及其构建体系提供重要借鉴。Students＂ key competencies is a hotspot which is being warmly discussed in the world of Chinese basic education nowadays. The Key competencies are a synthesis of core competencies that are vital to the development and survival of students, and the good operation of society and state. It includes knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes, and values. Through overall typically generalize and systemically compare and analyze key competencies of eleven very typical foreign NGOs, governments, and inte^ational organizations, combined with the concrete reality of China, we conclude six important enlightenment to the Chinese Ministry of Education to make Chinese students＇ key competencies and build its system.
