摘 要:产教融合是职业教育的本质要求,是现代职业教育发展的重要方向,是构建现代职业教育体系的关键,是建设中国特色、世界水平现代职业教育的核心。以职业教育三个本质属性即职业性、技术性和终身性为逻辑起点,系统阐述职业教育产教融合的应然之态,厘清产教融合的内涵,界定产教融合的概念,指出职业教育在院校布局、专业设置、人才培养目标确定过程中专业结构要与产业结构对接,在培养学生职业能力过程中教育资源要素与产业资源要素融合,社会培训与技术服务是提升产业劳动力素质的重要举措,同时提出制定"教育职业标准"的必要性。The industry-education integration is the essential requirement of vocational education which leads the direction of modern vocational education. It is not only the key to building the first-class vocational education with Chinese characteristics and world standards, but also the core of the Construction of modern vocational and technical education system. Using three essential attributes of vocational education, i.e. professional, technical and lifelong as the logical starting point, this paper tries to systematically elaborate the ideal state of industry-education integration, clarify its connotation and define its concept, aiming to provide a theoretical guidance for the industry-education integration practice. Author put forward such points of view as following: the specialty structure should be docked with the regional industrial structure in the determining process of colleges distribution, specialty provision and talent cultivation goal; the elements of educational resources and industrial resources should be integrated in the process of cultivating students' occupation ability; social training and technical services is an important measure to improve the quality of labor. It is necessary to establish "education occupation standard".
