摘　　要：国家通用语言课程是民族班的工具课、奠基课,国家通用语言预科教学在少数民族教育教学中至关重要,为实现地区发展发挥了巨大作用。文章以乌鲁木齐职业大学预科部为例,从教学与管理两方面阐述育人方案,旨在为新疆地方经济发展培养更多合格少数民族人才。National common language course is an elementary and instrumental course for minority students in vocational colleges in Xinjiang, which plays an important role in vocational education. The paper takes the preparatory department of Urumqi Vocational University as a case to discuss the talent training plan in national common language teaching and management, tending to foster more qualified personnel for the local economic development.
