中高职衔接贯通培养共享型实训基地建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：黑龙江农业经济职业学院依托黑龙江省现代农业职业教育集团,基于真实性、产业化、共建和共享四大原则,建设"校内基地生产化、校外基地教学化"、"真实场景、典型任务、政校企共建共管共享"、"教学、科研、生产、培训"多种功能于一体的中高职衔接贯通培养共享型实训基地;在拉动中职涉农专业实现恢复性增长,引领带动中职学校学生职业技能水平提升,提升中职学校教师水平和提高学院社会服务能力等方面取得了初步成效。Relying on modern agricultural vocational education group of Heilongjiang Province and baseing on the principles of authenticity, industrialization, co-construction and sharing, Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College has accomplished the construction of sharing training base for the connection of secondary and higher vocational education, which is with the features of'production base of campus, teaching base off campus ', ' real scene, typical political task, school-enterprise cooperation ' and'teaching, scientific research, production and training functions'. It is helpful to stimulate the restorative growth of agriculture related profession and to improve students' occupation ability in secondary school and higher vocational schools.
