社会转型期我国成人高等教育的困境与出路

摘　　要：社会转型对我国成人高等教育管理体制、运行机制、教育模式以及教育价值观产生了剧烈冲击。研究社会转型期我国成人高等教育,旨在帮助成人高等教育走出困境,推动我国学习型社会建设。本文首先分析了社会转型期我国成人高等教育存在的制度体系建设滞后、教育质量和声誉欠佳、学习者学习积极性不高等问题,然后提出了促进成人高等教育发展的相应策略:政府要做好制度顶层设计;高校要做好教育供给侧改革;个人要做好学习需求侧变革。Social transformation has a severe impact on the management system,operating mechanism,educational model and educational values of adult higher education in china.This paper first analyzes the problems of China＇s adult higher education during the period of social transformation,and then puts forward the development strategy of adult higher education：the government should do the top-level system design;university to do the education supply side reform;individual learners to do changing the demand side.
