摘  要:本文探讨了当前地方高校向应用型本科转型发展过程中,为最大限度地提高学生的职业能力与素养,有效帮助学生制定并实施职业发展规划,对原来以辅导员为主的学生管理体系进行改革,以强化班主任的职业导师作用。通过找准应用型本科班主任及学生的角色定位,制定体现职业特色的班级管理制度,在日常的管理中进行养成教育等,使班主任成为学生的职业导师,与理论及实训教师共同把学生培养成为适应地方经济发展的应用型本科人才。This paper discusses that the current local colleges and universities in order to maximize the improvement of students' the occupation ability and accomplishment and effectively help students develop and implement the occupation development plan in the the development process of application oriented transformation, has reformed the original student management system based on counselor, so as to strengthen the teacher's occupation mentor role. The way of accurate role orientation of applied undergraduate teachers and students, and the class management system reflecting the characteristics of occupation, to develop education in the daily management, can make the teacher become students' occupation mentor, cultivate students to adapt to the economic development of local application-oriented talents together with theory and training teachers.
