摘  要:本文统计了 2000-2016年间在CSSCI.外语类和教育类期刊上发表的与教师专业发 展琢境研究相关的论文,通过研读文献,我们发现:(1)构建生态的发展环境是研究者形成的普 遍共识;(2)虽然对教师专业发展环境的层级结构有不同划分,但总体分为教师心理环境、学校 环境和社会环境三个层次;(3)研究多以介绍专业发展环境或划分层级结构为主,缺乏实证研 究;(4)探索改善外语教师专业发展环境的策略是今后研究的趋势.文章所得结果对我国外语 教师专业发展环境研究具有启示意义.This article has made a survey of 26 articles concerning teacher professional development environment published in CSSCI journals during the years from 2000-2016. It is found that the researches in the past 16 years mainly focused on the four aspects: (1) constructing ecological development environment was commonly accepted by most researchers; (2) teachers’ personal psychological environment, school environment and social environment were included in spite of different classifications of environment levels; (3) the researches focused on introducing professional environment or classifying its levels, lacking empirical studies; (4) forming the strategies for improving the development environment is the tendency in the future. The research findings will give some suggestions to the Chinese foreign teachers’ professional development.
