摘 要:为了探索协同创新在高职院校"双创"人才素质教育工作中的作用,开展了基于协同创新平台开展高职学生"双创"人才素质教育存在不足的分析,研究发现依托协同创新平台开展协作的模式尚未成型,重技术轻人文的现象还在各主体间广泛存在,企业优秀文化导入"双创"人才素质教育不力,开展"双创"人才素质教育的师资力量还存在不足.协同创新促进高职院校"双创"人才的素质教育工作,要加强各方主体合作力度,推进人才培养新模式,通过导入企业优秀文化来培育"双创"人才的文化素养,通过协同创新平台协同开展"双创"人才师资队伍建设.In order to explore the effect of collaboration innovation in the quality education of innovation and entrepreneurial talent, this paper studies the deficiencies of carrying out quality education based on collaboration innovation platform. Study shows that the model based on collaboration innovation is still immature, the situation of paying more attention to technology than to humanities is common, excellent enterprise culture has not been fully introduced into the quality education of innovation and entrepreneurial talent. Moreover, it is obvious that the faculty is deficient in quality education of innovation and entre- preneurial talent. In order to make the collaboration innovation be beneficial to the development of innovation and entrepreneurial talent in quality education, cooperation should be enhanced, and new educational mode of innovation and entrepreneurial talent should be promoted. This model can be completed by introducing the excellent enterprise culture and improving the faculty construction.
