摘　　要："互联网+"开创了开放共享、全民互动、终身学习的新时代,催生了智慧教育.高职教师不再对知识和技能具有垄断性控制权,人人都可以成为知识和技能的传播中心和学习中心.在"互联网+"背景下,高职教师应成为"互联网+"学习的陪读者、设计者、引领者、终身学习者和"产、学、创"科研工作者,高职教师的职业活动也具有了跨时空性、开放创新性和注重人本教育的新特性.＂ Internet plus＂ creates a new era of wisdom education with the characters of open sharing, universal interaction, and lifelong learning. Higher Vocational Teachers are no longer able to control knowledge and skills and everyone can become the center of communication and learning of knowledge and skills. In the background of ＂ internet plus＂, Higher Vocational Teacher should become a reading companion, designer, leader, lifelong learner and a researcher on producing, learning and creating. Higher vocational teachers＂ occupation activity has new characteristics of trans-time-space, open innovation and people oriented education.
