摘　　要：课程体系建设是专业建设的基础,课程结构与课程教学计划是实现人才培养目标的关键。建构、阐述＂立德树人、主辅结合、一专多能、重在实践＂的卓越特殊教育教师人才培养课程体系的内涵和要求,提出实施策略,以期对高素质特殊教育教师培养提供帮助。Curriculum system construction is the basis of professional construction,while curriculum structure and teaching plan is the key to personnel training. The content and requirements include the teachers＇ whole development,combination of skills,being expert,and being practical. The personnel training curriculum system puts forward the implementation strategy,in order to cultivate high-quality teachers of special education.
