高职院校现代学徒制的困境与对策

摘　　要：现代学徒制是通过学校与企业的深度合作、教师与师傅的联合传授,对学生以技术技能培养为主的现代人才培养模式。现代学徒制在实施过程中理念上仍存在误区,缺乏相应的法律法规,教学评价体制仍不健全。高职院校应对存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的解决方案,使现代学徒制在高职教育中得以有效实施。Modern apprenticeship system is a modern talents training mode which pays more attention to students＇ technical skills cultivating through the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises, teachers and masters＇ joint teaching. In the process of the implementation of higher vocational education, the modern apprenticeship system still has some misunderstandings in the concept and lacks the corresponding laws and regulations, and the teaching evaluation system is still imperfect. The higher vocational colleges should fully analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding solutions in order to make the modern apprenticeship system to be effectively implemented in higher vocational education.
