摘  要:近年来汉语沉浸式项目在美国发展较为迅速,但现有的专业师资与项目发展速度和要求不相匹配,主要表现为师资匮乏且流动性大,项目缺乏稳定发展的基础;教师通科教学技能与语言教学技能脱节等。因此,美国汉语沉浸式项目未来师资培养应在岗前培训中增加针对该项目的专业培训课程,建立沉浸式教师专业人才库,开设汉语国际教育及相关专业的高校增强外语沉浸式项目专业人才的培养力度等,以提升该项目专业师资的教学水平和综合素质。Chinese Immersion Program has developed rapidly in the United States in recent years. But when it comes to professional teachers, the situation is not optimistic. Specialized teachers are insufficient and tend to skip from job to job, which causes problems for the stable development of the program. Besides, the teachers 爷 skills of teaching general disciplines and teaching Chinese are disconnected. The author suggests that we add special training courses, establish a talent pool of professional teachers and enhance the training of professionals in Chinese Immersion Program to improve both their teaching quality and comprehensive quality.
