摘 要:新一轮课程改革提出了核心素养这个重要概念,学科核心素养是我国落实核心素养培养的主要途径。在这个背景下,师范高校与基础教育的互助式一体化发展能有效实现英语学科核心素养。高校能助力中小学英语教师实现核心素养要求的专业化发展,中小学英语教师专业化发展的同时也能推动高校职前培养的质量。The concept of key competency has been mentioned in the new round of curriculum reform. And the cultivation of key competency could be achieved mainly through the accomplishment of subject key competency in China. The cooperation between normal universities and the professionalization of in-service English teachers in elementary and high schools can effectively accomplish this goal. On one hand, normal universities help in-service teachers become the required qualified teacher in the curriculum reform. On the other hand, the study of professional development of in-service teachers can promote the development of pre-service education in normal universities.
