摘　　要：开放教育资源(OER)运动作为一种世界性的潮流和运动,为教育发展带来的驱动效应正逐步显现,相应的开放教育资源平台建设也受到较多的行业关注。经过对现有文献的调研与分析,并结合开放教育资源所应具有的特征,该研究对我国典型的开放教育资源平台进行了分析和比较。研究发现,我国开放教育资源平台建设还存在一些关键问题,如果不解决好,会影响到开放教育资源平台的建设与发展。最后,该研究提出了相应的发展建议。Open Educational Resources（OER） movement was a worldwide trend and movement, which has shown the strong driving effect to the current education development and has become increasingly noticeable. Now, the OER platforms have become getting more and more attention. The study analyzed and compared their functions of some typical domestic OER platforms on the support of previous studies. The result indicated that some critical problems would influence the OER development and their application. Finally, the study provided some development advice for the OER platform.
